Two Songs for voice & piano after poetry by Rainer Maria Rilke (2026): Spanische Tänzerin (German text) and Eros (French text). Three available versions: low, medium and high registers. These songs commissioned by IHWA will be part of the selection of the compulsory repertoire for participation in the International Art Song Competition Stuttgart 2026. In addition, a premiere performance of all songs will take place on October 2.
Competition dates: 29 September to 04 October 2026 at the HMDK Stuttgart.
